Shipping Policy
In Colombia
Our orders are sent through transport companies in the country, who are responsible for the safe delivery of all our orders in Colombian territory. We have a delivery time of 1-7 business days, regardless of the day the order is placed and may vary depending on the season of the year and place of destination.
LINA ECHEVERRY S.A.S reserves the right to cancel any order for which there is no inventory availability on the date the shipment is made, and will inform the customer of said cancellation.
International Shipping (United States)
At an international level, our orders are sent by the transport companies PASAR EXPRESS and DHL EXPRESS, which is responsible for the safe delivery of the order.
We have a delivery time of 3-8 business days, which may vary due to retentions or delays in customs or local authorities and the place of destination of the shipment.
These times do not apply to promotions or special events.
The client will be able to quote the value of his shipment to his place of destination once he has selected all the products and is in the order payment process.
Said shipping value will always be paid by the customer.
Taxes and duties Please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes which will always be assumed by the customer. The limits for duty-free packages are set by the customs authorities of each country. Please check your local customs website for more information.
ORDER PROCESSING
Delivery times start counting from the date of shipment from our facilities to the address indicated by the customer.
Once the customer completes the order on the website, they will receive an order confirmation email.
For credit and debit card/PSE payments, the payment platform will need to approve the transaction based on data analysis, which may take up to 1 business day. At the time of payment approval, the customer will receive an email confirming it.
It’s important to put attention on:
If the payment of the purchase is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day on which the customer receives the payment confirmation and from that day the order processing time will begin to count.
If the payment of the purchase is confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the processing time will start counting from the next business day of the confirmation of the payment platform.
LINA ECHEVERRY S.A.S sends all orders received through the website from Monday to Friday, except on Colombian national holidays. Our shipping cut-off time is 11 a.m. CST. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. CST will be processed the next business day.
All shipments will be pending subject to verification of payment and validation of merchandise in stock.
LINA ECHEVERRY S.A.S will have between 1 and 2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.
Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number. With this tracking number, you will be able to visit the carrier’s website for updated shipment status.
Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time as it depends on the internal logistics and time on the delivery routes of the transport companies.

For deliveries in Colombia, the product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the carrier’s guide will suffice. Applies to units or buildings with porter service, the reception and signature of the porter.
In the event that the product shows signs of damage or breakage in its packaging at the time of delivery, you must record it in the carrier’s guide as an observation and contact:
